It seems like the anime world loves to capitalize on the, "trapped in a game" or game themed setting since most of them never fail to rate terribly in terms of viewership. Accel World is no different from Log Horizon, DanMachi, Sword Art Online and other video game based anime in terms of this; however I think Accel World is probably my favourite video game-based anime I've seen so far. Why is it my favourite video game anime? Well for several reasons, which I'm going to mention throughout this review!

Departing from a lacklustre and disappointing first season of Little Busters, Key manages to produce an emotionally powerful number with Little Busters Refrain. As many people were saddened with the inability for Little Busters to maintain a steady footing due to it's hit-or-miss arcs, I was glad I survived first 26 episodes to experience a full circle moment and follow a wonderful story with Little Busters Refrain.

This anime is so underrated I don't even know why. Well it's the second season of Sidonia and I'm just blown away at how Sidonia no Kishi: Daikyuu Wakusei Seneki bolted past my expectations in ways I didn't expect it to. I'm so happy that somebody suggested me to watch this otherwise I wouldn't have even bothered with this series. If you haven't seen the first season I'd suggest watching it otherwise this review would REALLY not make much sense; plus you'll be in for a nice surprise if you do decide to watch Sidonia. This review will be quite short since I don't tend to wrote long reviews for sequels.

I'm not a big fan of pure romance anime, usually because they fail to hold my attention span for no more than five minutes at a time. So deciding to watch White Album 2, being a pure romance anime, I knew what I was getting myself into. However, after hearing raving reviews about this anime by many people so I thought I would check it out.

Well it seems that my top 10 favourite couple post surprisingly became my most popular post. So having done that it's been a while since I've done another top 10 list and what other list than to compile a list of my top ten favourite female anime characters.
This list is based on my favourite female anime characters. It's not a list of who I think are the best of the best females in the anime world, just a list of female characters I remember vividly or like a lot. I'll try my best to explain why some of these characters are my favourite since a couple of them have meaning behind them. The rest of the characters who don't have meaning behind them I probably like because of their personality/designs. Anyways please enjoy!
10. Ichika Takatsuki (Ano Natsu de Matteru)
Opening the list is Ichika Takatsuki from Ano Natsu de Matteru. I've always had a small obsession with photography and film so when I saw that Ano Natsu de Matteru was based on a love story about an alien and a amateur film maker I was instantly drawn in haha. Not the best romance anime out there but it's worth a watch and happens to be one of my favourites. Nothing too special about Ichika other than I really liked the love story between her and Kaito. Plus I liked her character design coupled with that adorable Rinon!

It seems like the vampire craze has not yet cease to fall in terms of popularity in western culture (yes I’m glaring at you the ENTIRE Twilight saga). This is also apparently evident in the anime world as well. The only anime I’ve ever seen that was vampire-based was Vampire Knight and I quickly dropped that series after the first episode since I couldn’t stand any part of it. I tried to give the vampire hype another try with Owari no Seraph and the results were better than I expected it to be.

Oh my lord, never have I ever watched an anime knowing that it would be bad and still have the desire to watch it as much as I did than for Glasslip, whoops I meant Floplip (sounds much better). I honestly don’t know where to being to compose the words to form a sentence to summarize my unbarring thoughts for this anime, or even found the power for finish this anime in one week. I have never seen paint dry before but I might have to check it out since it might be more interesting than the 13 episode saga of Glasslip.
